Our course material has been developed by our experienced auditors, who have been working in the profession for many years, so both the theoretical material and the exercises are designed to best reflect real-life experience and to prepare the future lead auditors to face unexpected situations. Our training is developed by highly qualified professionals and aims to deliver knowledge at a professional level to train equally good professionals who can become sought-after employees not only in the domestic market but also abroad.
Methodology
Two thirds of our training is made of computer-based exercises. Prior to the practical exercises, the necessary theoretical knowledge is delivered by the instructors through presentations. Participants will mainly encounter situational tasks in which they will practice team and individual roles. Tasks build on each other throughout the course, and gradually become difficult to help the participants in situations encountered in real audits. Participants will be able to build on the knowledge and experience of the previous days to perform more complex tasks well. An important part of the training is the opportunity for individual consultation with the trainers at the end of each training day to clarify any questions or issues that may have arisen during the day.
